Description
Synergistic blend of CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) and Ipamorelin, studied in pulsatile GH-release and body-composition research.
- Dual GHRH + GHRP complementary mechanism
- No DAC — short ~30 minute half-life for pulsatile models
- Ipamorelin: selective GHS-R1a pentapeptide
- Studied in GH-release research with minimal cortisol/prolactin impact
- Research Grade purity >=98%
CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin is a research blend combining two complementary growth hormone secretagogues. CJC-1295 without DAC — also known as Modified GRF (1-29) — is a 29 amino acid GHRH analogue carrying D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15 and Leu27 substitutions that improve resistance to DPP-4 cleavage and plasma degradation. Because it omits the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), it retains a short plasma half-life of roughly 30 minutes, and is therefore studied in models of short, discrete GH pulses rather than sustained elevation. Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide GHRP that mimics ghrelin at the GHS-R1a receptor without significantly elevating cortisol or prolactin. The two act on distinct but complementary receptor pathways, and the combination has been studied in pulsatile GH-secretion, body-composition, and sleep-physiology research models. Supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Not for human or veterinary consumption.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin legal to buy in Australia?
CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin is supplied strictly as a research chemical for in-vitro laboratory use. It is not approved for human therapeutic use in Australia and is not for human or animal consumption. Researchers are responsible for compliance with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations and their institution's protocols.
Is CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is analysed in-house by HPLC and mass spectrometry. CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin is independently verified by Ozcanium Analytics, an independent Australian laboratory, at 98.96% purity by UPLC-MS/MS, analysed 19 August 2026 on lot APL-CJCIPA-2608-01, net content Ipamorelin 5.38 mg, CJC-1295 (No DAC) 5.12 mg, verification code OZ-HPLCMS-IKOS; bacterial endotoxin below 30.0 EU per vial by kinetic chromogenic LAL, analysed 22 August 2026, verification code OZ-ENDOTX-APL3. The reports are published in full on this page, and each verification code can be redeemed in the laboratory's own portal, so the document is confirmed against their records rather than ours.
What purity is CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin?
We specify ≥98% purity — the High-Tier Research Grade (commercial RUO) standard. Every batch is analysed in-house by HPLC and mass spectrometry and ships with a Certificate of Analysis, and CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin is independently verified by Ozcanium Analytics at 98.96% purity by UPLC-MS/MS, analysed 19 August 2026.
Does CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin ship with a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes — every batch ships with a batch-specific COA documenting HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity. 3 CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin batch certificates are published in full at australianpeptidelabs.com.au/certificates/cjc-1295-ipamorelin, so the analysis can be read before ordering and the batch number printed on the vial matched against it.
Where can I buy CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin in Australia?
