Description
GHRH(1-29) amide fragment. Studied in growth hormone releasing hormone receptor research models.
- 29 amino acid GHRH(1-29) amide fragment
- Shortest fully functional GHRH sequence
- Binds the pituitary GHRH receptor
- Studied in somatotropic axis research models
- Research Grade purity >=98%
Sermorelin is a synthetic 29 amino acid peptide corresponding to the N-terminal fragment (1-29) of human growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH), identified by CAS number 86168-78-7. It is the shortest fully functional fragment of GHRH and binds the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotroph cells. Research has investigated its activity on GHRH receptor signalling, pulsatile growth hormone release and the somatotropic axis in preclinical models. Supplied as a lyophilised white powder with a molecular weight of 3357.9 Da and molecular formula C149H246N44O42S. Supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Not for human or veterinary consumption.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Sermorelin legal to buy in Australia?
Sermorelin is supplied strictly as a research chemical for in-vitro laboratory use. It is not approved for human therapeutic use in Australia and is not for human or animal consumption. Researchers are responsible for compliance with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations and their institution's protocols.
Where can I buy Sermorelin in Australia?
Sermorelin can be ordered here from Australian Peptide Labs for in-vitro research use, dispatched same day from within Australia.
Do you provide dosing or administration guidance for Sermorelin?
No. As these compounds are supplied for laboratory research only, we do not provide dosing or administration protocols. Our research library covers reconstitution and concentration calculations for in-vitro work.
